Paragon Engineering Ltd. is a Port Coquitlam, BC based Consulting Engineering and Project Management firm, that provides services to Public and Private Sector Clients in the fields of Municipal Engineering and Infrastructure Rehabilitation. Paragon Engineering works closely with associated specialists in Topographical and Legal Surveying, Environmental, Hydrogeological, Geotechnical, Traffic and Transportation, and other Engineering Fields to provide complete Multi-Disciplinary Services. Professional services are provided based on specialized knowledge and personal commitment to satisfactory completion of projects on time and within budget.
The firm was formed in 1995, by John Kupskay, P. Eng. a Professional Engineer, with a BSc (Civil – 1974 ) from the University of Manitoba, with over 35 years’ experience in municipal and public works engineering, including infrastructure construction and rehabilitation, project management and contract administration. Having worked as a consultant and a contractor, he has a broad based technical background. His experience gained through innovative application of trenchless technologies to assessment and evaluation, and design and construction of municipal engineering infrastructure as well as his service based client needs approach to upgrading design are the basis of the culture and level of service provided by Paragon
